Important information on Sale and Purchase agreement execution and payment with the Construction Company “Avangard”:
1. Execution of apartment sale and purchase agreements is drawn up exclusively in the legal department of the construction company “Avangard” head office in Batumi.
2. The official notification is sent to the buyer by e-mail. This notification is an official confirmation of contract registration at the company registry. The agreement is considered to be executed Only after receiving this notification.
According to safety standards, during the contract execution process two notifications are sent to the e-mail provided by the buyer to the company. This is a mandatory condition for executing a sale and purchase agreement with the construction company “Avangard”.
The first notification is sent to the buyer as soon as the agreement is drawn up by the construction company “Avangard” Legal Department in the Central Office. The agreement has a unique code. This notification will contain the following information: "Agreement N ___ has been drawn up and is waiting to be signed by you".
The second notification is sent to the buyer after the Legal Department receives the agreement signed by the buyer. This notification will contain the following information: "Agreement N ___ has been received by the construction company “Avangard” Legal Department and registered in the document management system".

3. The amount stipulated in the agreement is considered as payed, after the amount is transferred to the company bank account specified in the agreement via bank payment or money transfer.
4. An official notification confirming the payment is sent to the buyer's e-mail by the financial department of the construction company “Avangard” central office only from the following address : finance@avangardbatumi.com
5. If the agreement is executed in violation of the above listed points; or the buyer receives the information confirming the payment in violation of the above listed points, AVANGARD cannot be held liable to the third parties under this agreement or any other unofficial documents.
